Ayres & Parkey, Attorneys is one of Knoxville’s oldest law firms. It was established in 1915 by John Ayres, Sr., who was the
eldest son of Brown Ayres, President of the University of Tennessee. Although Ayres & Parkey has always been boutique in size,
lawyers with the firm have long been recognized as well versed in their fields of practice.
The roots of the firm have always
been civil law based, with a heavy emphasis in civil litigation and real estate.
The Firm employs the latest technology. After
being located in downtown Knoxville for over 80 years, the firm is now conveniently in West Knoxville bordering I-140 and just
off Kingston Pike, which is Knoxville’s primary business artery.
